Is this right for my child?
No coding required. Week 1 builds AI literacy from scratch using Claude, GPT, and open-source LLMs. Within five days every student is comfortable with prompt engineering, RAG, and basic agent loops.
Each track will be co-taught by a working professional in that field — a medical resident, a law fellow, a finance analyst, a practicing engineer, or a startup founder (faculty recruiting is in progress) — alongside a senior software engineer with eight years of production engineering experience and a teaching assistant.
We expect a 40 to 60 percent admit rate. Selection looks at fit, motivation, and demonstrated curiosity in the chosen track. We are deliberately small so we can deliver on the 8:1 ratio without compromise.

About the program
Most AI summer camps still center on 2018-era ML — pneumonia classifiers, basic regression. We teach 2026-era agentic AI: the same tools your child's future profession will run on. Plus 1:1 admissions coaching baked into Week 3 — a pairing we have not found in any other AI summer program.
The inaugural Summer Institute cohort is Summer 2028, so it has no alumni yet. Our founder has 80+ placements at top-20 universities through 11 years of 1:1 college admissions coaching outside this program. We do not yet have AI College Prep alumni data — by intent, not omission. Our tutoring, test-prep and coaching services run now and are separate from the Institute.
Yes. Every student ships a working AI agent at a personal URL by demo day. Examples: a clinical-intake agent for pre-med, a contract-review agent for pre-law, a 10-K analyzer for pre-finance, a CAD-revision agent for pre-engineering, a customer-discovery agent for pre-entrepreneurship.
Claude, GPT, open-source LLMs (Llama-class), the Model Context Protocol, vector databases (Pinecone, Postgres pgvector), agent frameworks (LangGraph, custom orchestration), and standard developer tooling (VS Code, GitHub, Cursor). Tools may evolve year over year as the frontier moves.
Three one-on-one essay coaching sessions, a mock college interview with feedback, a narrative architecture session that ties the capstone to the rest of your child's profile, and a finished Common App essay draft built around the capstone project.

Format, cohort size, and tuition
Three weeks is the minimum to build a real, shippable AI agent — but compressed enough that families can fit it in alongside other summer commitments. Longer programs (8+ weeks) add scheduling friction without proportionally better outcomes.
The Summer Institute is a different, larger thing than our tutoring and test-prep work — in-person, eight students per track, co-taught by recruited working professionals and senior engineers. That needs runway we are deliberately taking: curate faculty (one working domain practitioner + one senior engineer + one TA per track), secure a venue that matches the cohort intensity, complete a remote pilot to stress-test the curriculum, and grow the family community from the ground up. Rolling admissions are open through Spring 2028. None of that gates our tutoring, test prep, AI literacy, or college coaching — those run now.
Most of what we do. Year-round tutoring — SAT and ACT preparation, AP courses, and core subject work — with the AI-literacy layer taught inside the subject rather than as a separate class; 1:1 college readiness coaching; parent AI workshops; and a weekend AI seminar series that introduces students to agentic AI concepts. A limited Winter Cohort remote pilot also runs for families who want the full program experience ahead of the Summer Institute, subject to an enrollment threshold. Applications for the Summer 2028 Institute are open now and reviewed on a rolling basis through Spring 2028. We encourage early applications — both because cohort spots are limited (eight per track, five tracks) and because earlier applicants get more time with the admissions team and a stronger sense of fit before committing. Decisions are issued within 4 weeks of a complete application.

Tuition is set by program and track scope, with need-based scholarships available. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation, after we understand your goals and any aid considerations.
Yes. The Winter Cohort is a 10-week remote program with live group sessions and biweekly 1:1s with the track lead. The Summer Institute is in-person only — the daily 1:1 attention and cohort intensity require physical presence.
